I have been running AMS CONSULT since 2015, building an office where the entrepreneur has direct contact with the person who knows their company.
My professional experience has been connected with entrepreneurs and running a business from the very beginning. Before AMS CONSULT was created, I worked in companies involved in trade and sales.
I dealt with creating new departments, organising work and managing people. I also took part in launching businesses for investors — from organising the business to handing over a functioning company.
Accounting should be a help for the entrepreneur in running the company, not another problem they have to deal with.
Experience that goes beyond
accounting.
A company is not just documents. It is people, processes, contracts, costs, revenues and decisions made every day.
Working in trade and sales, organising new departments and managing teams gave me a practical view of the day-to-day functioning of a business.
I also cooperated in launching companies for investors from the trade, manufacturing and currency exchange sectors. My task was to prepare the business to start operating and to bring it to the stage of independent operation.
This experience helps me better understand the entrepreneur’s situation and look at accounting in the context of the company’s real needs.

01 Do you serve companies from outside Kraków?
Yes. AMS CONSULT is based in Kraków but serves clients from all over Poland. Documents can be submitted electronically, so the place of business does not have to be related to the location of the accounting office.
02 Can I submit documents online?
Yes. We use electronic document flow, KSeF and our own Nextcloud solution.
03 Does every client have their own accountant?
Yes. Every client receives a dedicated accountant who is their advisor and knows the specifics of the business.
04 Can we meet in person?
Yes. AMS CONSULT is based in Kraków. Meetings take place after arranging a convenient date in advance.
05 Do you serve limited liability companies?
Yes. We provide full accounting for limited liability companies, including tax settlements, financial statements and HR & payroll.
06 Do you serve sole proprietorships?
Yes. We provide accounting for sole traders, including settlements under KPiR and lump-sum taxation.
07 Do you handle HR & payroll?
Yes. We can provide comprehensive HR & payroll together with the company's accounting.
08 Do you help with setting up a company?
Yes. We help set up a limited liability company and prepare it to start operations and subsequent accounting support.
09 Do you help foreigners?
Yes. We help, among other things, with obtaining a PESEL number, preparing documents for a residence card, opening a bank account and organising accounting and HR support.
10 Do you help with changing the accounting office?
Yes. We analyse the documentation and together determine a safe way to take over the bookkeeping from the previous office.
11 Will you sort out problematic accounting?
Yes. First we analyse the state of the documentation and bookkeeping, then we determine the actual scope of work needed.
12 How much does accounting support cost?
The price depends on the form of business, the number of documents and the scope of service. You will find the current basic prices in the price list, and for more demanding companies we prepare an individual quote.
