- The office obtained and processes your personal data as a result of concluding a contract or order with you for accounting, payroll services or advisory.
- Your personal data will be processed only for the purposes necessary to perform the activities described in the contract or order referred to in point 2
- The legal basis for processing your personal data is Art. 6(1)(b) of the RODO – necessity for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, and, as regards sensitive data, Art. 9(2)(f) of the RODO.
- Your personal data may be disclosed to state authorities for the performance of the activities specified in point 2 solely at your request.
- Your personal data will be stored for the period during which each party to the contract may exercise its rights towards the other party under that contract, and no shorter than the statutory period required for storing this type of data.
- In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Advisers, you are entitled to:
- the right to access your data, under Art. 15 of the RODO,
- the right to rectify your data, under Art. 16 of the RODO,
- the right to erase your data, under Art. 17 of the RODO (this right may not conflict with the legal acts in force in Poland),
- the right to restrict the processing of your data, under Art. 18 of the RODO,
- the right to object to the processing of data, under Art. 21 of the RODO,
- the right to data portability, under Art. 20 of the RODO.
- If you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the RODO, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Providing the necessary personal data is a condition for concluding the contract or order referred to in point 2 above. Providing the data is voluntary; however, the consequence of not providing it is the inability to conclude the contract or order for the service with the Accounting Office.

The most important information about collaboration, document submission,
changing your accounting office and the scope of AMS CONSULT services.
01 Do you serve companies from outside Kraków?
Yes. AMS CONSULT is based in Kraków but serves clients from all over Poland. Documents can be submitted electronically, so the place of business does not have to be related to the location of the accounting office.
02 Can I submit documents online?
Yes. We use electronic document flow, KSeF and our own Nextcloud solution.
03 Does every client have their own accountant?
Yes. Every client receives a dedicated accountant who is their advisor and knows the specifics of the business.
04 Can we meet in person?
Yes. AMS CONSULT is based in Kraków. Meetings take place after arranging a convenient date in advance.
05 Do you serve limited liability companies?
Yes. We provide full accounting for limited liability companies, including tax settlements, financial statements and HR & payroll.
06 Do you serve sole proprietorships?
Yes. We provide accounting for sole traders, including settlements under KPiR and lump-sum taxation.
07 Do you handle HR & payroll?
Yes. We can provide comprehensive HR & payroll together with the company's accounting.
08 Do you help with setting up a company?
Yes. We help set up a limited liability company and prepare it to start operations and subsequent accounting support.
09 Do you help foreigners?
Yes. We help, among other things, with obtaining a PESEL number, preparing documents for a residence card, opening a bank account and organising accounting and HR support.
10 Do you help with changing the accounting office?
Yes. We analyse the documentation and together determine a safe way to take over the bookkeeping from the previous office.
11 Will you sort out problematic accounting?
Yes. First we analyse the state of the documentation and bookkeeping, then we determine the actual scope of work needed.
12 How much does accounting support cost?
The price depends on the form of business, the number of documents and the scope of service. You will find the current basic prices in the price list, and for more demanding companies we prepare an individual quote.
